Plans and pricing

VoucherGrid offers three plans. All include a 30-day free trial.

Free trial

Your 30-day trial starts when you complete the setup wizard. You have full access to all features on your chosen plan during the trial. Your card is not charged until the trial ends.

You can see your remaining trial days on the Settings > Plan & Billing page.

How to change your plan

  • Go to Settings > Plan & Billing
  • Click Change Plan
  • Select your new plan
  • Upgrades take effect immediately. The price difference is prorated — you only pay for the remaining days in your current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

    How to view invoices and update payment

    Click Manage Subscription on the Plan & Billing page. This opens the Stripe billing portal where you can:

  • View and download past invoices
  • Update your credit card
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • What happens if a payment fails?

    If your card is declined, VoucherGrid gives you a 7-day grace period to update your payment details. During this time, everything continues to work normally. A banner at the top of the screen links you to update your card.

    After 7 days without a successful payment, access to your account is paused until the payment issue is resolved. Your data is not deleted.

    How to cancel

  • Go to Settings > Plan & Billing
  • Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Plan
  • Confirm in the Stripe portal
  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, your data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted. You can reactivate at any time during the 30-day window by subscribing again.
